As time has progressed, and technology has become more widely used in the winemaking process, surprisingly little has changed. The spirit of the vine, and the juice of the grape still are utilized expertly to create the final product.

Wine is wonderful with food, especially given the proper pairings, and with a little simple understanding, a perfect wine can be chosen that will majestically accompany any meal.

Wine also plays a role in social life, since it is habitually consumed in the company of others. When shared around a table, it relaxes us and creates a sense of well-being while inspiring thought and conversation.
